Terms of Use

1. What PusoKo is

PusoKo is an online dating community that helps adults with shared interests in the United States and the Philippines meet and build personal and dating relationships. PusoKo is not a marriage agency, matchmaking service, or mail-order spouse service. We offer no visa, immigration, or travel services, and we never promise a relationship or marriage.

2. Free forever

PusoKo charges members nothing. There are no subscriptions, credits, paid features, or fees to contact anyone. We never create fake profiles and never pay anyone to chat with members.

3. Who can join

  • You must be at least the minimum age shown at sign-up (never under 18) and legally able to agree to these Terms.
  • One account per person. Your profile must be about you, with recent photos of you.
  • You may not join if we previously removed you, or if you are a registered sex offender.

4. Profile review and the Truth Pledge

A member of our team reviews every profile and photo before it goes live. By taking the Truth Pledge you confirm that you are who you say you are, your photos are of you and recent, and your age, relationship status, and children are stated honestly. Breaking the pledge can lead to a permanent ban.

PusoKo does not conduct criminal background screenings of its members.

5. Your conduct

You agree to follow the Community Code. In particular: never ask for or offer money, gifts, load, crypto, or investments; never pressure anyone; never share someone's private information or images; and never use PusoKo for commercial, sexual-services, recruitment, or immigration purposes.

6. Safety features and moderation

  • Nobody can message you until you accept their intro.
  • We automatically scan messages to hide payment details and, until both people agree, contact details, and to spot scam patterns.
  • We review reports and may hide, limit, warn, suspend, or remove accounts. Urgent reports can pause an account automatically until a person reviews it.
  • We explain our decisions. You can appeal warnings, strikes, and suspensions within 14 days from Account standing.
  • When we remove an account for fraud, we tell the people it contacted.

7. Meeting people

You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline. We cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions, or background. Read our Safety tips before meeting anyone, and never send money to someone you haven't met.

8. Your content

You own what you post. You give PusoKo a limited licence to host and display it to other members only to run the service. You must have the right to everything you upload.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. It is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 14 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires, or to prevent banned people from returning.

10. Disclaimers and liability

PusoKo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for other members' conduct or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
